Return & Exchange Requests
To request a return or exchange, Please submit our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and reason for the request.
All requests will be reviewed, and further instructions will be shared accordingly.
Policy Duration
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted afler this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, or makeup will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are processed as follows:
- The original item must be returned first to LAM.
- Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the replacement item is available, it will be shipped afler inspection is completed.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our return policy.
No replacement item will be dispatched before the returned item is received and approved.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
The shipping cost for returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer and is calculated based on shipment weight and delivery location.
This excludes cases where the return is required due to an error on the part of LAM or a manufacturing defect, in which case the item will be collected at no cost to the customer.
Sale Items
Please note that all discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Only the value of the item will be refunded
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank to confirm the transaction status
